with apparent ties to Timothy Charles Holmseth posted on the day of the publication of this blog that Craig Sawyer has yet to sue them and are “still waiting” for Craig to sue him and the publisher of his blog.
There is, however, a slight problem. Timothy Charles Holmseth and Randi Lynn Erickson refuse to give any information that would enable Craig Sawyer and several other people to provide them with the notices of the lawsuits against them.
In Fact, both of them are going out of their way to PREVENT getting served with the lawsuit notices. They know full well that if they do not get served, a lawsuit cannot go forward. Also, there has been no legal representative listed for Craig Sawyer and other interested parties to contact to inform the firm of their intent to pursue litigation.
Their boast that Craig has not come forward with his lawsuit is a lie and they know it. They do not want to face Craig in court because they would lose and lose big. As long as they can avoid the process server, they are free to continue to build their mountain of lies and rake in money from their gullible followers.
So what we have here is a stalemate. One that Randi and Tim refuse to end.
