The big crybaby Donald Trump is at it again complaining that people like James Woods and others are being banned from Twitter Facebook and other major social media outlets.

I find this rather strange for a number of reasons. First the primary reason is that he has the massive Fox news at his fingertips as his propaganda arm along with Sinclair at his beck and call.

Speaking of Beck, there is also Glenn Beck, Rush Limbaugh, the evangelicals, the NRA, Rush Limbaugh and the thousands of Youtubers who webcast their support of Trump with their outlandish conspiracies.

Trump also has at his disposal the tens of thousands of blogs who support him. And he also has Russia, North Korea, China and other countries who employ thousands of trolls to spread his propaganda 24/7.

Even the outlets that he complains spread “fake news” such as CNN and MSNBC will air his speeches and allow pundants from the far right to come on their networks to advocate Trump and his racist and bigoted agendas.

There is also Gab.com, Wikileaks, 4chan, and the other chan websites that seem to have joined the right wing wacko bandwagon which I find most strange since the Trump government goes against everything they claim to believe in, go figure.

This is all perplexing. The alt right machine is quite powerful and all the above helped him become president and are stupid enough to try and get him elected for a second term.

To top all of this are the tens of MILLIONS of Facebook, Twitter, account comprised of those gullible enough to buy all of this nonsense and retweet and repost some of the dumbest content I have ever seen on my decades of being on line.

So this brings me to my last question:

When is enough, enough?

A Trump tweet being virtually ignored by the mainstream press seems to indicate that Trump is on the verge of declaring war against Mexico.

Trump tweeted this morning accusing Mexican Soldiers of pointing guns at National Guard troops as a diversion in order to allow drug smugglers across the US border.

If true, this would be an act of war.

In the same tweet Trump is claiming to be sending additional troops to the border in light of this event and his claim that a new caravan comprising 20,000 immigrants seeking asylum are on their way to the US border once again.

This series of Trump tweets comes in the midst of his fights with congress over his tax returns and upcoming testimony demands by Congress by members of his staff that would include his son in law and daughter.

Coincidence? I think not.

The one thing I have noticed over the years when it comes to the @realdonaldtrump twitter account is the differences in linguistics and sophistication in some of the tweets.

It has lead me to make the obvious conclusion that not all, and probably most of the tweets by Donald Trump are not made by Trump but instead by someone designated to do so on his behalf.

The “Game over” Game of Thrones post on the Trump twitter account is one of many examples that it is not him making these posts.

The reason for this conclusion is quite obvious. Trump does not possess the skill or talent necessary to make the graphics and then send the tweet over an Iphone.

While it may be Trump who gets the credit or blame, it is clear that this distinction belongs to someone else.

In the end, this fact might be useful as there will come a time when whomever is behind certain tweets may be called to explain the circumstances behind them.

Until then it is best to keep in mind that the tweets that we may see on the Trump account may not be what they appear to be.

A sad end today to a massive search for a 18 year old woman who went from Miami Florida to Denver Colorado and purchased a shotgun along with ammunition.

She was found a few hours prior to this writing far into the woods in a state park dead of an apparent self inflicted wound caused by the shotgun she had purchased soon after she arrived in Denver.

The ordeal for the citizens of Denver and of Colorado at large is over but the mourning of a daughter now begins for her father.

Another day, another death caused by gun violence.

An 18 year old woman who operates a disturbing website is suspected to have made credible threats against the school and is being sought by local, state and federal authorities.

While it is hard to know what she may ultimately be charged with, law enforcement is acting with an abundance of caution  by seeking her out to determine if she is, in fact, a threat or if she is just another nutty blogger making her mark on the internet.

It will be interesting to see how an 18 year old city girl from Miami survives in the cold mountains of Colorado.

While Trump crows in victory in regards to the Muller report. he has to be reminded that he can no longer hide behind the Muller investigation. After a two or three week debate about exactly what is in the report, the attention will turn away from the Muller investigation and towards more pressing matters.

For the last two years Trump has had the Muller investigation to hide behind while other more important matters were largely ignored.

He will not have that protection any longer. Not only will there be the other investigations that will be ongoing but his actions and policies will now be more closely looked at.

It will now be the court of public opinion that will be the guiding principal in the weeks and months to come.

The final verdict will come in November of 2020.

Well, the moment we have all been waiting for is finally here. Muller has sent his report to Attorney General William Barr and now all of the speculation has started as to what is in the report.

In all of the debates the talking heads on tv are shouting at each other about one subject keeps coming up.

Was there collusion or not and is Trump involved in any way.

I have long stated that Collusion is the wrong term. I feel that either Collaboration or Conspiracy were the more legitimate terms to be used.

Another revelation turned up in the cover letter that Barr sent to congress stating that he had the report and will be sending it to them after he reviewed it was that there were indications that no further indictments coming out of Muller’s office.

This has caused a bit of an uproar as the Trump supporters have been cheering and shouting “no collusion and hoax and other terms of celebration since this news came out.

Well, these pundents should not be counting their chickens before they hatch. In the days and months to come, they might be in for a big disappointment.

First, there is what might be in the report once it is released. While there might not be more criminal indictments coming, the political ramifications as well as our relations with Russia, China and other powers that might have been behind the interference with our election process will be disclosed.

The mission of the Muller investigation was to find out if the election process was interfered with and if so by whom and how.

Trump’s constant using the refrain no “collusion no. collusion” was a diversion from this true purpose of the Muller investigation.

Next, it must be pointed out that even if no FEDERAL indictments are coming, there are other jurisdictions where indictictments are not only possible but are most likely.

Throughout the investigation, Muller has “farmed out” potential criminal findings to other federal institutions throughout the United States.

There are a multitude of investigations that are ongoing that are most certainly going to result in indictments and there are also investigations that nobody is discussing that will have indictments coming out once those investigations are completed.

Any convictions resulting from these indictments will be pardon proof.

Finally there are the political ramifications that will result from what is in the report as well as what comes out once all the investigations are disclosed to the public.

Reputations will be damaged and the political futures of many including Trump may be in peril. There may also be calls for impeachment in the horizon as well.

The Muller farm has planted the seeds so now it is time to see what crop yield we have this fall.

I have followed court cases over the years both criminal and civil and I have never heard of anyone suing an online cow, until now. IF that were not weird enough Rep Nunes files yet another “interesting” lawsuit.

He did not sue a democrat but, instead sued Republican strategist Liz Mair a woman who considers herself a liberatarian republican. Now why would he sue a fellow republican?

The rather strange reason for the lawsuit is her posting the words “holy crap.” in a retweet of The Sacramento Bee article about accusations against Rep Nunes.

Ms. Mair has made a number of appearences on the various news programs and has also issued a statement on Twitter about the lawsuit.

Many legal experts have stated that the lawsuit is dead on arrival. There are first amendment issues as well as protections against publishers of satire and parody websites.

There are also protections in place that exempts Twitter and other Social Media websites from being liable for the content of the users of their websites.

One thing that has resulted from the lawsuit is that the cow has gone from a thousand or so followers to hudreds of followerss once news of the lawsuit spread.

I guess the moral of the story is that if you want to increase your followers, get a butt hurt republican congressperson to sue you.

In one of the weirdest events of the day, it is being reported that Representative Deven Nunes filed a $250 million dollar lawsuit against Twitter and a couple of twitter accounts that pokes fun of him.

What is funny is that this sort of thing is more common than one might think. There are a number of right wing conspiracy theorists that will sue at even the remotest criticism or anyone that tries to question the rather fantastic accusations they make on their websites.

What Nunes has not figgured out is that it is udderly difficult to get a lawsuit through the court system let alone win one. It is extremely hard to get a lawyer to take the case and it is also hard to get a jury to decide in favor of the plantiff, espically when it is someone like Nunes.

Nunes’s biggest weakness is that he is a public figure. Because of that and also the issue of free speech, satire and parody is protected by the constitution. 

His stunt has also backfired since now, millions of Twitter users are now aware of the accounts in question and will likely follow them to see what the hell all the fuss is about.
