It is now day 5 since timothy Holmseth went on the run rather than face justice in court.While a number of rumors are circulation as to where he might be. 

It had been thought that he might appear on the livestream that seems to be his only source of support at the moment but as far as I know, he has not called in or otherwise let his status be known.

It now seems as this great escape drags on that Tim might earn himself a free ride in that hearse that the live stream owns. 

Hard to say what his fate is until someone get him to do a proof of life so that the jitters that some are now having might be eased.

I would rather see him alive and breathing so that he can rot in jail for a while.

On the other hand, if he has made the fastrack to the hereafter, God may have a few questions for him.

That is, before God kicks him downstairs.

I hear the hereafter is a HELL of a long time so Tim might have a long time to think over what he has done that caused God to send him there.

The problems facing Timothy Charles Holmseth after he decided to go on the run just got a whole lot worse. Right now his whereabouts are unknown. Is he camped out in his car or is he hold up with a relitive or friend? Is he able to get food to eat? Is he able to go to the bathroom? Is he sleeping in his car or in a nice comfortable bed?

That we do not know but we may find out soon.

One of the problems Tim has is that he has pissed off a lot of people, including this author, who not appreciate being falsely accused of some pretty serious henious acts.

As a result Timothy Holmseth will soon have a price on his head. It is also likely that anyone who helped him pull off this stunt will also have a price on their headsas well.

A reward would be offered forinformation leading to the arrest and conviction of Timothy Charles Holmseth for the charges against him.

A separate reward would also be offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of anyone harboring him. He is a fugitive from justice and anyone helping him stay out of jail would be prosecuted of this serious violation of the law.

There are literally hundreds of people, some quite wealthy, who want to see Holmseth locked up for a very long time.

These people would be willing to put up a lot of money to see that happen.

I had an interesting encounter with a Twitter troll  account just before writing this that lasted for quite a long time. After a while I noticed a pattern I recognized from past encounters and decided to continue to engage this troll when my usual practice was to block and ignore.

Things came to a head when certain material appeared within the Tweets from the troll and in the same manner this same material always appeared when getting into discussions with Holmseth.

On a hunch, I posted a tweet expressing my feeling that the account was actually Tim posting as someone else.

Ordinarily, I would have expected a denial and a  snide rebuke to such an odd claim. Instead I was blocked in less than a minute.

Something else happened that was rather odd. Another twitter account was also blocked. The woman who had the account had not been engaged in any conversation. Her block happened at the exact same time as mine.

Based on this action as well as the verbage and tone of the tweets sent to me, one would have to reasonably conclude that this was, in fact Timothy Charles Holmseth.

Now I have been told that the image on the Twitter account is the same that is on Holmseth’s Facebook account. 

Rather conveniently, Tim has blocked me from his Facebook account as well.

It is possible he had access to this account or perhaps he made the account himself. He has been suspected of doing this before. There is a youtube account that was made in the name of a famous actress that supports Holmseth.

While my hunch might be wrong, it just seems to be a rather odd thing for someone to do smack in the middle of a discussion about the validity of Holmseths claims. 

It will be interesting to see how things develop with that account. Unfortunately, I do not have access to it so the person (or Tim) is free to slander me unchallenged. 

So we wait until tomorrow to see what day 3 of the Tim on the Lam saga evolves into.

As of this writing Tim Holmseth is still on the run. Nobody seems to know exactly where he is. It was once rumored that he left the state and was just across the border to the west of MN in Grand Forks, North Dakota.

It was assumed that he would have gone to North Dakota since the warrant is only good within the state of Minnesota. But alas, it is believed that he is still in Minnesota.

This would mean that either Tim does not know the bench warrant is restricted to the state of Minnesota or someone might be harboring him which is not a terribly bright idea.

Harboring a fugitive from justice, you see, will get your ass arrested along with Tim. The judge would take a dim view of anyone helping Tim evade arrest and act accordingly.

So, where the hell is Timmy? Well, the tin hat crowd would lead you to believe he is under congressional protection of congress or the US Marines.

Not bad for someone whose greatest achievment is that of a pizza delivery driver in a small town. 

My guess is that he is either at his daughter’s house or is camping out in his car in a rest area or in a parking lot somewhere.

Tim has little or no money so that I doubt he is hold up in a comfy Motel. He has also been relitively silent which brings up the question, does he have a laptop or phone with him? It has been claimed that he has shut his phone off .This is thought to have prevented him from being GPS tracked which might be true. 

So another day goes by while Tim enjoys one more day of freedom before he is eventually caught and brought back to court to face justice.

Timothy Holmseth, a conspiray theorist who has been obessed with the Haleigh Cummings missing child case, flew the coop this morning.

This was to be the second of four trials Holmseth is facing for his alleged stalking of a Florida attorney and her family. The attorney had filed for a restraining order which Holmseth was alleged to have violated almost immediately.

Recently, Holmseth had become allied with supporters of the mysterious Qanon. This group believes everyone except Donald Trump is guilty of being involved in crimes against children as well as other baseless theories coming out of alt right social media sources.

Holmseth declared recently that he was under the protection of congress, Pres. Trump and even the US Marines.

It is logical to assume that his supporters will use this excuse to explain why Holmseth did not appear at a victory party held in his honor at a local motel.

It is possible Holmseth had never intended to appear at the trial and perhaps with the help of the fringe group Soverin Citizens, left the area to elude capture.

Since the warrant is valid only in the state of Minnesota, it is presumed that he has  left the state. He does have a daughter in Tenneesee and has been there on several occasions. 

This was not the best cource of action for Holmseth to take. First, he is now considered a flight risk and it can be argued that he will no longer be free on bond for this trial and for the next two scheduled trials once he completes the administered sentence he will likely receive if adjudicated guilty.

Holmseth will also no longer be able to remain in Minnesota without risk of arrest. He will find it harder to visit his elderly parents who reside in Minnesota.

He will also no longer be able to renew his drivers license nor will he be able to register an automobile in the state of Minnesota since both would allow authorities to obtain residental information and arrest him.

Obtaining employment may be a problem since Holmseth now has a serious criminal record including the open bench warrant. 

Not being able to obtain a place of residence will also present problems due to background checks by landlords and he will also no longer be eligible for subsidized housing (section 8) for this same reason as well as probably skipping out of the lease for his current residence in East Grand Forks, Minnesota.

At the very least, Holmseth will now be dependant on his supporters and whoever helped him elude justice. He will have to eat, attain living quarters as well as the other basic needs a person finds necessary to survive.

Holmseth was probably convinced he would become a myrter in support of missing and exploited children. That may be true but for a short while.

That may be true in the short term but eventually he will either be caught, turn himself in, or those around him will tire of him and cast him out.

He will eventually find himself forgotten and alone, and suffering from the punishment he has inflcted upon himself.

Over the past decade or so I have been researching scammers on the internet who try various ways to steal money from unsuspecting victims on the internet. One of the earliest research subjects was into the world of romance scams.

I first became in Romance scams when I was contacted by an associate who was living in Melbourne, Florida and told me of his friend at work who he suspected was being scammed by a woman who kept finding reasons to ask him to send her money.

It was fairly easy to track down the information needed to prove to the victim that this was, in fact a scam, and that he needed to immediately cease all contact with the woman, who in reality was a twenty something male operating out of an internet cafe in, Lagos, Nigeria the then capitol of internet scamming.

I now fast forward to 2019 where I have discovered an intense on line campaign by vigilantes utilizing the latest investigative and hacking techniques to expose and shut down the various scammers taking advantage of unsuspecting victims.

In a series of articles and eventual multimedia webcasts I plan on exploring the good works of these individuals who have done a lot to end the evil practices of these anonymous ( and not so anonymous) criminals who take advantage of the most vulnerable of us on the internet.

The blatant use of altered and downright fraudulent videos and other multimedia content against the resistance movement and Democratic candidates brings back one of the most damaging and mysterious false accusations ever made against me on the internet.

Several years ago I started out live streaming while mobile using a lap top and technology available at the time. I was one of only a few private individuals capable of doing this when I started.

As always seems to be the case, a number of trolls decided to harass me over the simple fact I was able to do this. Their efforts became increasingly complex and as a result extremely difficult to investigate and expose how the hoax was created.

One of the most effective and most damaging of these efforts was the accusation made against me that I was engaging in stolen valor.

For those who are not aware, stolen valor is the practice of using false military credentials to benefit in some manner the special treatment afforded those who have served or are currently serving in the military.

Next to being accused of being a pedophile, this is one of the worst things that someone can be accused of.

At the height of the most vile false accusations being levied against me a photo suddenly appeared on my Facebook page. It contained a photo of “me” in uniform standing in front of some kind of military symbol.

As is always the case, a blog went up accusing me of stolen valor in spite of the fact that I had made it clear many times in the past that I had not been in the military, ever, and stated in detail as to why.

After talking to Facebook personnel, it was determined that someone had managed to hack into my Facebook account and plant the photo and statement that accompanied it. I immediately removed the image and changed my log in information.

My next goal is to figure out where the image came from. My efforts, in large part, failed because, at the time, I did not have the knowledge or resources to track this information down.

Then, recently, the information surfaced, sent by an anonymous person who sends me messages containing the sources of my problems over the years and who was behind them.

To my surprise I was told that the image in the blog about me and the one on Facebook came from a video made by…………William Murtaugh.

This William Murtaugh was not me, however.

The William Murtaugh in the video is from Chicago and is definitely not me but does resemble me at first glance. The resolution is not the best which is why it might not be hard to believe that I somehow created the image thus proving the accusations against me.

If the person who made the original accusation wanted the truth, it would have been a simple matter to trace the video to the source which I did once the anonymous information had been sent to me.

It appears that the original video was a “message from the front” made by that William Murtaugh who was serving in Kuwait.

dvidshub.net is run by the Department of Defense and within the website is an area where a member of the military can tell his or her story or in this case, send a messages to those at home from his station in Kuwait.

The hacker simply did a screen grab from the video and used it within my hacked Facebook page to give my subscribers the impression that I was engaging in stolen valor.

The timing of this fraud could not have been worse. At the time this hoax occurred, there was a lot of attention being paid to social media personalities who were using stolen valor to bolster their on line reputations.

It turns out that this incident came to the attention of a Lake County, Fl Anonymous member who used this information as an excuse to damage me financially and also used to threaten to spread this false accusation if I made an issue of the actions he took against me.

Now as to why I bring this matter up.

This method and other similar methods are being used to make false claims and accusations against those in the progressive movement as well as those who are running against Trump and other Republicans in the various 2020 political campaigns.

The use of our veterans in the matter that was levied against me is yet another example of the lack of morals and ethics of the MAGA’s behind these actions, who would use active members of the military in this manner.

And yes, the person responsible for the stolen valor hoax against me is a staunch Trump supporter.

At first glance one would think it ironic that two years after I stood in front of a courthouse in Steubenville, Ohio on the day Deric Lostutter, the bumbling hacker who, admitted to being the mastermind of an unauthorized infiltration of a high school sports website reported to Federal Prison that I would be once again writing about Deric Lostutter reporting to prison in relation to the same criminal act.

Is it Ironic? Yes, a surprise? No. It was, in fact, inevitable.

This is not the first time Deric’s wanton disregard for the rule of law caused him problems nor is it, apparently the last.

Deric Lostutter was originally sentenced to Two years in federal prison after pleading guilty for four federal charges related to his violation of the computer fraud and abuse act.

Lostutter had originally been allowed to remain free until May 8th, 2017 when he was sentenced in a Kentucky court if March of that year.

Unfortunately, Deric could not resist violating the terms of his short term freedom by going on the internet with a plea for funds in a video posted on line.

This stunt caused Deric to be jailed almost a month early by the same judge that imposed the original sentence.

The judge had made it clear in his sentencing that he felt Deric would re offend and that is exactly what he did.

It did not take Deric, who had been released from prison only a few short months ago to violate the terms of his supervised probation when he was forced to admit that he had been associating with a convicted felon , twice, and had also been consuming alcohol.

Deric Lostutter will now spend an additional 6 months in federal prison for his continued flaunting of the law and it will then be a waiting game to see how long it might be before he re offends once again sometime after he is released this coming fall.

In my research into the history of Hitler and the Third Reich, in my quest to understand how he was able to accomplish what he did, I came across a woman who had a role remarkably similar to that of Sarah Sanders, the current press secretary to Donald Trump.

My motivation into the research that lead to this discovery was to seek out similarities between Sanders recent purge of the White House press pool and the efforts of Hitler’s Propaganda Minister Joseph Gobbles.

What I found was a woman who was just as obsessed with Hitler and who was even at her death at 109 was unrepentant when it came to her role in the Third Reich and her admiration of Hitler and Gobbles.

While the structure of the Third Reich and the White House were different and the title of Sanders and Pomsal were different as well as their primary duties, their roles did have one thing in common.

They  both had a part in the spread of their leaders propaganda….and their lies.

We all know how Sarah Sanders lies on a daily basis. What most of you do not know until now is that Sanders shares this trait with Ms. Pomsal.

It is alleged that Ms. Pomsal was actively massaging downwards statistics about fallen soldiers, as well as exaggerating the number of rapes of German women by the Russian Army.

It is important when going forward with trying to sort out what is true and what is not when it comes to Trump and his actions that we bear in mind that there are underlings like Sanders and Pomsal working not only to set forth the lies of their respective leaders but add to them with their own lies as well.

It would appear that the alt right Trump supporters having a cow about a fake online cow on Twitter and are now engaged in a mass reporting effort against @Devincow in order to get the account suspended.

This is perhaps the silliest tactic that is employed by those who are having a problem with someone who they disagree with. In order to report a Twitter account in a way that may stand even a remote chance of being suspended, the cultists must create a lie in order to do so.

This tactic is nothing new. I was personally a target of this childish tactic years ago and it was largely a useless effort on the part of those who took part in it.

It appears that the reason the mass reporting started is because the maga cons had a burr up their ass because one of their favorite bigoted and hate filled Twitter accounts were banned.

They were also encouraged by Trump who was also having a cow over the hate filled and bigoted accounts that supported him were being banned not only by Twitter but other major social media outlets such as Facebook and Instagram.

A more sensible path is being taken by those where banned that is far more constructive. Certain social media accounts are migrating over to such places as Gab.com or domains they created.

On a final note, I have also banned the same accounts. I simply blocked them on Twitter and Facebook. I do not use Instagram that much so I do not bother with any of these nut cases over there.

What this effort by the right wing haters does is prove they are against free speech while at the same time protesting about the free speech rights of their favorite hate mongers and bigots being banned.

In the process they are ignoring the one solution that would solve their little butt hurt.

Restoring net neutrality.
